Competition Rules

This competition is open to anyone.

If you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter this competition.

You must provide Freebits with your name and e-mail address if you wish to enter this competition. Freebits will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to any third party.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

The deadline for receiving entries for the competition is as specified on the competition page. Results will be announced on this site on the day after the competition closes.

The site Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted personally by email.

The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.

Freebits does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

Freebits reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

All Prizes must be claimed before the 14th of each month, prizes not claimed will be deemed to have been forfeited and Freebits reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
