Missing DLL files

Must Read - Runtime DLL's How many times have you clicked on a "shortcut" only to get an error message that says "such and such DLL is missing", and the only way you could get the program to work was uninstall and reinstall the software? Some of the Utils listed on this page require Visual basic Runtime DLL's which are not always installed under Windows 95 and 98.
